Abstract submission

Submit Your abstract not exceeding 2 pages A4 size using online submission tool and template (PDF/Word formats). You will be asked to login prior to the submission.
The presenting author should state clearly its PhD start/award date.

PLEASE, KEEP IN MIND THE DEADLINE 6st FEBRUARY 2012

Authors will be notified by e-mail on acceptance status by February 17, 2012.

The title, topic and major content changes (such that substantial change of the relevance of the paper) can be made not later than the abstract submission deadline – February 6, 2012. After this date small content changes (improvement or extension of the text not changing the title, topics and its relevance) will be allowed until March 9, 2012, by submitting a new version of your abstract.

Abstracts received after the deadline of February 6, 2012 cannot be considered for oral presentation. Abstracts received after March 9, 2012 will not be considered for the program or publication in the Abstract book.

The conference fee payment before March 9, 2012 is required to have the abstract published in the Conference Abstract book. Should the author not follow this, the Organizer reserves the right not to include the author’s work in the Conference Abstracts book.
